The book is divided into two sections:
This section looks at cardio exercise, and explains Bad Cardio vs. Good Cardio. It then goes on to explain how you should lift weights to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals by comparing Body Part Isolation with Complex Movements in Strength Training.
