Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training for Abs system is one that combines home fitness workouts and nutrition advice to help you burn fat and build muscle. It concentrates on building muscle, intensive cardio and nutrition.
The Turbulence Training book starts out on the right foot. Whereas some systems throw you straight into a new workout program Craig Ballantyne first asks you to take body measurements and do a lifestyle review. This is essential to help you monitor your progress and make the fastest fitness gains.
The next section is on setting your goals. This is all very important to help you learn to monitor your own progress, so that you know when you achieve a new milestone in your weight loss journey. I made a massive mistake when I bought this product. I want to warn people not to make the same mistake that I made.
I thought I was tough enough to jump right in and do the advanced workouts – I was desperate to lose weight quickly for my best mates wedding (me being the best man and due to stand up in front of about 250 people!). Anyway, I almost killed myself doing these crazy routines. I could not move a muscle for days afterwards!

Hi, I am a 16 year old boy. Can I do this workout? I really want to lose weight, I have started in college and starting to feel more self concious about my weight. I want to lose about 40 pounds.
16 years old is a good time to start this sort of workout. You are fast becoming a man at 16, and with the exception of heavy squats which may (or may not) impact on your spine if it is not fully developed yet, you can perform all these exercises. Remember that diet is key to losing weight, and as you need to lose 40 pounds you have to change the way you eat. If anyone tells you that you can lose weight with exercise alone they are wrong!

hey, I’m 24 years old and where I live the summer is coming up like in 2 months and most guys know that the girl dont like the flab gut and all that. So like I’m woundering if this is good for that and like does it really work because I’m tired of having to have a shirt on the beach. I’m not like fat, I’m tall got big arms and stuff but I have that little belly fat that I cant get off. So if u can give me some pointers that would be great …thanks
HI David. Yes, this program will work, but only if you work hard. To be honest, every single weight loss plan you see here will help you lose your belly, but that is all they can do, help you. If you follow the workouts, train hard, and also (most importantly for stomach fat) follow the eating guidelines, then it will work. You can make good progress in 2 months. Craig Ballantyne’s system is certainly good, as is the 31 Day Fat Loss Cure (this uses the caveman diet) and the Truth About Abs, which also has excellent nutrition advice.

Hi Prakash. OK, you need to sort out your diet. You say “I am eating low fat foods only” – this is probably the main problem. Forget about the idea that fatty foods make you fat. If you are not eating fatty food then you are probably eating too much sugary food (carbohydrate). You need to reduce sugar intake. Stop eating all breads and other refined carbs. You need to calculate how many calories you need and then consume less to lose weight. Exercise is the final part of the solution, still vital but actually not as important as getting the diet right.

Work on squats, lunges and push ups. For push ups you just need to keep trying, do them everyday, if you are struggling just do a few at a time, rest for 30 seconds, then do some more. Try assisted pull ups (use a bench or chair to assist yourself) and work on reps.
